Sifunda Kunye Literacy team was very excited to open their creative arts building on the 21st of August 2015.
The space will allow the Literacy team to offer reading and writing clubs, art, drama and performance poetry as supplementary programmes to what learners learn in school.
The space will be used to offer a variety of literacy activities that teachers are unable to cover because of time constraints and demands of the curriculum.
Xolani Senior Secondary pupils and teachers were invited to share in the opening of this wonderful creative arts building. Welcoming, and short stories was very inspiring, we also had the honor of having a few words of encouragement by Mr. Andrew Summers, founder, owner, chairman, director, and board member of Sifunda Kunye.
